    Joe Becker
    President

    Joe is involved in all aspects of the investigative business. He is a key contact for clients and provides direction to Directors, Managers, and investigative staff. He has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, working as a claims adjuster and private investigator for both insurance companies and self-insured corporations.

    Brian Becker
    Director of Sales

    Brian demonstrates leadership and a genuine fondness of people. Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help makes Brian ideal for growing opportunities for Becker and Company to make a positive impact. Throughout his life and professional career Brian has made friends and alliances while solving problems of all kinds.

    Melissa Cohen
    Director of Finance

    Melissa is responsible for payroll and takes care of the financial operations of the company. She has been with Becker & Company since 2009 and has held many roles including CIU Manager, Surveillance Manager, and Intake Coordinator before moving into a more administrative role. She enjoys being a resource for her coworkers, often stating she would “much rather answer your question than fix your mistake.”

    Jon Guthrie
    Director of Operations

    Jon joined Becker & Company in 2008 as a Field Investigator and then became a Surveillance Manager and Director before taking over as the Director of Operations. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of our Surveillance, SIU, CIU, and Desk Investigations teams. Jon believes strongly in accountability and a hard-work mindset, which allows us to provide our clients with best in class service. Jon’s numerous experiences within the company aids us in navigating even the toughest case situations we face every day.

    Heather Wysocki
    Director of Surveillance

    Heather started at Becker & Company in 2018 as a Surveillance Manager. She later advanced to Assistant Surveillance Director before transitioning into the role of Surveillance Director. In this position, she oversees the daily operations of the Surveillance department, consistently holding her team to the highest standards to ensure top-quality service for our clients.

    Andrea Maloney
    Desk Director

    Andrea has been with Becker & Company since March of 2020, starting as a CIU Coordinator. In her first year, Andrea rapidly learned different facets of the company as our first Lead Development Marketing Coordinator and as a Desk Investigator before moving to her current position in January 2022. Andrea is responsible for providing consistent direction and suggestions to each department she supervises and is known for her emphasis on meticulous and factual reporting, as well as quality assurance.

    Jaclyn Zrelak-Shea
    CIU Director

    Jaclyn supervises our Claims Investigation Unit and is responsible for providing daily direction and ongoing training to CIU Managers and Writers. She joined Becker & Company in 2017 as a CIU Manager before being promoted to Director. Jaclyn and her team oversee complex case management, client communication, quality assurance, billing, and final report for each assignment. She believes that hard work, dedication, proper planning, and “digging deeper” are the best ways to conduct thorough
