Desk Investigator

We are seeking an employee to cover a variety of administrative and in-house investigative duties. Our investigative work involves national insurance claim assignments .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-line research to complete background investigations, social media and pre-surveillance reports
  • Canvass businesses via telephone to establish and verify information
  • Assist the investigative coordinator in obtaining online documents and public reports as well as any other information required to complete the investigation.
  • Assist with report writing as needed

Intake Coordinator - Bridgeville, PA

JOB PURPOSE: To provide administrative support in areas of assignment intake, data entry, client interactions and general clerical tasks.

We are looking for a talented, friendly and committed professional to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter assignments into and monitor internal database
  • Daily client communication by phone and email
  • Create, maintain, verify and process documentation
  • Respond to general information requests
  • Assist with answering and directing telephone calls
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, invoicing, and administrative support

Investigations Coordinator - Bridgeville, PA

Duties would include:

  • Manages client investigative assignments from intake to final report.
  • Assigns cases to field investigators based on geographic location and budgetary guidelines.
  • Adheres to the specific requirements of an assignment based upon the client’s special requests and contractual agreements.
  • Responds and answers field investigator queries in an expedient manner and directs the appropriate course of action.
  • Monitors field investigator’s activity to verify that the actions are in accordance with instructions and good judgment.
  • Reviews the time sheets/invoices from field investigators to manage costs and assure accuracy.
  • Transmits daily written updates to the client regarding progress on the case assignment
  • Maintains the confidentiality of case specific information and adheres to the Code of Ethics outlined at Becker and Company.

Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to oversee the promotion of our brand. The ideal candidate will have experience creating marketing campaign strategies for service companies, including an online marketing and social media focus. You must be able to turn your creative ideas into effective campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building brand awareness and positioning.  With a focus on reaching national clients.
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.  Ensure all marketing material is in line with our brand identity
